XTI Aerospace to Acquire Stake in ReadyMonitor

XTI Aerospace, Inc., a pioneer in advanced Vertical Takeoff and Landing (VTOL) aircraft solutions, has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding to acquire a 30% equity interest in ReadyMonitor, LLC, an AI-powered, autonomous Drone-as-a-Service company. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025, with an option to acquire the remaining 70% within 12 months. This strategic move aims to enhance XTI’s capabilities in the autonomous drone sector.
