Urban Mobility Takes Off: UrbanV and FFG Partner for Global AAM Expansion

UrbanV and Future Flight Global (FFG) have entered into a strategic partnership to launch and scale Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) services, starting in Rome and expanding into international markets including North America, South America, and the Middle East. The collaboration combines UrbanV’s expertise in vertiport infrastructure and multimodal connectivity with FFG’s operational capabilities in deploying a diversified fleet of electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) and electric conventional takeoff and landing (eCTOL) aircraft. Initial operations will begin in Rome, where joint test flights will take place using UrbanV’s existing UV-0 test vertiport, with plans to develop a fully integrated ecosystem for urban and regional air mobility.
