Planys raises ₹100 crore to expand underwater-autonomy capabilities

Indian subsea-robotics firm Planys secured roughly ₹100 crore (~$12M–$15M USD) to build a new production and testing facility supporting defense-oriented underwater autonomous systems. The investment will accelerate the development of the company’s autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) and expand its presence in the global subsea inspection and defense markets.
