Overland AI has unveiled ULTRA, a fully autonomous tactical vehicle designed to enhance military ground operations.Equipped with the company’s OverDrive software and SPARK hardware, ULTRA can navigate challenging terrains without GPS, carry payloads up to 1,000 pounds, and deploy drones for reconnaissance and counter-UAS missions . The vehicle also features robust communication systems, including mesh networks, 5G, and satellite uplinks, ensuring seamless coordination with command units. Currently undergoing military testing, Overland AI plans to produce several more units by the end of the year .
