Massive Navy Modernization Contract

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) won a $988 million U.S. Navy contract awarded in late 2025 that was reported this week. While not exclusively for autonomous tech, the award includes upgrades to command, control, surveillance, and related systems where autonomous and unmanned integrations are increasingly central to modern naval operations.
