Intuitive Machines’ Athena Mission

On March 6, 2025, Intuitive Machines’ Athena spacecraft successfully landed near the Moon’s south pole. However, post-landing, the spacecraft encountered orientation issues, hindering its mission objectives. Despite these challenges, Athena managed to transmit data and recharge its batteries, providing valuable insights for future missions.
