Grab acquires AI robotics firm Infermove

Grab Holdings (Nasdaq-listed) announced it has acquired Singapore/China-based AI robotics specialist Infermove to accelerate first-/last-mile autonomous delivery capabilities. This expands Grab’s tech footprint in autonomous systems and robotics-powered logistics (terms not disclosed).
