General Motors (GM) has completed the full acquisition of its autonomous driving subsidiary, Cruise. This move signifies GM’s strategic pivot from focusing on robotaxis to integrating autonomous technology into personal vehicles. The company plans to merge Cruise’s technology with its Super Cruise system, aiming to expand hands-free driving capabilities across more vehicle models.
