The European Innovation Council (EIC) has approved an equity investment of up to €30 million in Dronamics under its new Strategic Technologies for Europe Platform (STEP), matching the maximum fund allowed per project.
This marks a significant follow-up to earlier EIC funding rounds, including a €2.5 million grant in 2022 and a €10 million equity investment in early 2024, reinforcing Europe’s drive toward technological autonomy and deep‑tech scale‑ups.
