Anduril reportedly explores funding at a $100 billion valuation

Anduril is in discussions with investors regarding a new financing that could value the defense-autonomy company at approximately $100 billion. The amount being raised has not been disclosed, and the transaction has not yet closed.

The proposed structure may involve investors committing to a subsequent financing at a higher valuation if Anduril achieves specified financial milestones. The talks follow Anduril’s recent $5 billion round at a $61 billion valuation. Reuters reports that the company generated approximately $2.2 billion in 2025 revenue

Investor insight: A $100 billion valuation would move Anduril beyond the traditional venture-backed defense category and into valuation territory associated with major publicly traded aerospace and defense primes.

Key diligence questions include:

  • How much of the valuation is supported by recurring production revenue rather than contract backlog and pipeline?
  • Can Anduril sustain growth while simultaneously financing aircraft, missile, drone and manufacturing programs?
  • Does milestone-based pricing protect investors, or merely defer valuation risk into a later tranche?
  • Could such a round establish an aggressive valuation benchmark for Shield AI, Saronic, Helsing and other defense “neo-primes”?

Assessment: Most significant capital-market development today, but still a prospective round rather than a confirmed raise.
